Please read the following policy carefully before purchasing or subscribing. Free Trials & Cancellations If your plan includes a free trial, you must cancel your subscription before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. Once your free trial has expired and payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued. It is your responsibility to cancel before your trial ends if you do not wish to continue with your subscription. Subscription Renewals All subscriptions renew automatically on the billing date unless cancelled in advance. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please do so before your next payment is due to prevent further charges. Failed Payments If your payment fails on the renewal date, the system will continue to retry the payment automatically until the balance is successfully collected. This is because the payment is still owed for the subscription period that began at the time of renewal. Refunds Due to the digital nature of the service and the immediate access provided to content, coaching materials, and resources, no refunds are available once a payment has been processed.
